ServiceNow Solution Architect

Full Time-Remote,

Salary: $140k-180k depending on experience + Benefits & Bonus

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead, plan and deliver ServiceNow projects across the business. To be both technical and functional on projects (predominantly within ITSM, CMDB, ITAM) whilst also helping to train and mentor the more junior members of the team.

What will you be doing:

• Utilize SME technical knowledge to lead developers, as well as being hands on, in driving solutions across the platform
• Support project scoping and proposal development, driving the implementation and advising the project on viable technical solution options throughout the project lifecycle
• Craft and deliver workshop materials, perform elements of solution implementation, and drive the completion of key project deliverables
• Help create new practice solutions and offerings
• Help drive continuous improvement and optimization of our capabilities
• Training and mentoring junior members of the team on the ServiceNow Platform

Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow background broadly across the platform
• 2-5 years in ServiceNow experience minimum
• ServiceNow certifications CSA and at least one more (CIS, CAD etc) preferred
• Prior experience as a consultant or client-serving professional
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow best-practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
• Previous industry experience within Manufacturing and/or Healthcare would be advantageous
