Job Description: ServiceNow Tester and Trainer (HRSD)

Contract Role: Remote

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Tester and Trainer with HR experience and proficiency in using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in an end-user environment. As a valuable member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful testing, documentation, and training of ServiceNow HRSD processes. This is a contract position that will require effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and alignment with other regions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Gathering and Coordinating Testers:

    • Identify and coordinate a team of testers from different business units to execute testing processes effectively.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  2. Writing Test Scripts:

    • Develop detailed and comprehensive test scripts that cover various scenarios, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of testing activities.
    • Execute test scripts and oversee the testing process, capturing any defects and issues for resolution.
  3. Writing Knowledge Content:

    • Create clear and user-friendly knowledge articles, manuals, and documentation to support end-users in understanding ServiceNow HRSD processes.
    • Ensure knowledge content is regularly updated to reflect changes and improvements in the system.
  4. Categorizing Documents in SharePoint:

    • Organize and categorize documents related to HRSD processes and procedures in SharePoint to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
  5. Developing Training Content:

    • Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules, to support end-users in adopting ServiceNow HRSD.
  6. Supporting Service Transition:

    • Assist in the smooth transition of HRSD processes and functions to the ServiceNow platform.
    • Collaborate with the service transition team to ensure successful integration and minimal disruption to existing HR processes.
  7. Briefing the Teams:

    • Conduct informative and concise briefings to relevant teams and stakeholders regarding new features, enhancements, and changes in ServiceNow HRSD.
    • Address any questions or concerns and provide ongoing support as needed.
  8. Alignment with Other Regions:

    • Work closely with counterparts in other regions to ensure alignment of testing, training, and documentation efforts across the organization.
    • Share best practices and collaborate on improving the overall HRSD experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR processes and procedures, preferably in an HR service delivery capacity.
  • Strong knowledge and experience using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in an end-user environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in writing test scripts, conducting testing, and managing defects.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining knowledge content and documentation.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint document management and organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with virtual teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
