Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Consultant
Duration: 6-Month
Day Rate: High
Location: Anywhere in Ireland

An Ireland based ServiceNow practice hiring a talented ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Consultant on a 6-month day rate contract. As a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and configuring the ServiceNow HRSD module to meet their clients' specific needs.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with clients to understand their HR service delivery requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
– Configure and customize the ServiceNow HRSD module to align with clients' HR processes and workflows.
– Implement HR service management best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
– Conduct system analysis, gap assessments, and provide recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR stakeholders, IT professionals, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow HRSD.
– Provide expertise and guidance on HRSD functionality, including case management, employee self-service, knowledge management, and HR service catalogue.
– Assist in data migration and integration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the HRSD module.

Requirements:
– Solid experience in implementing and configuring the ServiceNow HRSD module.
– In-depth understanding of HR service delivery processes, including case management, employee onboarding, employee self-service, and HR knowledge management.
– Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow HRSD, Service Portal, and ServiceNow integration capabilities.
– Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, along with a solid understanding of HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
– Previous experience in system analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
– ServiceNow HRSD certification(s) preferred.
