Job Title: Workday Implementation Consultant
Job Type: 6-Month Contract
Location: Fully remote (applicants must be based in Ireland)

A customer of Alldus is seeking an experienced Workday Implementation Consultant to join their practice for a 6-month contract. As a Workday Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting their clients with the successful implementation and integration of the Workday suite. Your expertise in Workday and knowledge of integrations will enable you to deliver comprehensive solutions for both large and SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) accounts.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design Workday solutions tailored to their needs.
– Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including HCM (Human Capital Management), Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
– Define and document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations on best practices.
– Manage the full project lifecycle, including project planning, scoping, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
– Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during the transition to Workday.
– Design and implement integrations between Workday and other systems, leveraging Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and web services.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR stakeholders, IT professionals, and project managers, to ensure successful Workday implementations.
Requirements:
– Extensive experience across the Workday suite, including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
– Proven experience in end-to-end Workday implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
– Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques, such as Workday Studio, EIB, and web services.
– Experience with integrations between Workday and other third-party systems, ensuring data synchronization and seamless workflows.
– Familiarity with Workday security framework, business process configuration, and reporting functionalities.
– Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, policies, and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
– Workday certifications in relevant modules preferred.
– Applicants must be based in Ireland.
This is a fully remote position, and as long as you are based in Ireland, you can work from the comfort of your own home. There is a high volume of exciting and dynamic projects ensuring a high chance of extension beyond the initial 6-month mark.
