Job Title: Workday Integration Lead – Finance Management Systems
Location: Ireland (Anywhere, remote)

A consulting business in Dublin is seeking a skilled Workday Integration Lead specialized in Workday Finance Management Systems to join their team. As a Workday Integration Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex integrations between Workday Finance Management and various external systems. Your expertise in Workday integration tools and extensive knowledge of finance processes will enable seamless data flow and integration between systems, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations between Workday Finance Management and external systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), and Banking systems.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance stakeholders, IT professionals, and project managers, to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
– Conduct system analysis and mapping exercises to identify data transformation requirements and ensure data integrity throughout the integration process.
– Develop and configure Workday integration solutions using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Cloud Connect, and APIs.
– Perform integration testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless data flow and accurate financial reporting.
– Create technical documentation, including design specifications, integration mappings, and test plans.
– Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs, and design integrations that enable efficient data extraction for financial analysis.

Requirements:
– Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
– Extensive experience in designing and implementing integrations with Workday Finance Management, including GL, AP, AR, and Banking systems.
– Proficiency in Workday integration tools, such as Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, and APIs.
– Strong understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
– Demonstrated expertise in data transformation, mapping, and integration best practices.
– Experience collaborating with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Solid programming skills, preferably in languages such as Java or JavaScript, to develop custom integrations or perform advanced configurations.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Workday certifications in Finance Management or Integrations are highly desired.
