Languages: English (German is bonus)

Daily duties

• Working on HR Service Management such as HR Services, Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center, Service Portal, Integration PeopleSoft.
• Automation of various processes within HR department, including Card Management, Compensation, Benefits and Workforce Administration. Service Portal development including custom widgets for navigation, landing pages, managing favourites and AI Search results
• Configuration, customization and enhancement of the ServiceNow HR module according to the company's specific requirements.
• Development and implementation of customized workflows, forms, and notifications to efficiently support HR processes
• Integration of the ServiceNow HR module with other systems and data sources to ensure seamless data exchange
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors and technical issues in collaboration with other team members and stakeholders

Technical Requirements:

• Several years of experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in the HR module.
• Extensive knowledge of configuring, customizing, and extending ServiceNow modules, ideally with a focus on the HR module
• Understanding of HR processes and requirements, especially in the context of a large enterprise
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems and data sources
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, troubleshooting, and troubleshooting issues in ServiceNow
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively in an agile environment
