ServiceNow - Engagement / Project Manager
We are seeking a Business proficient German speaking ServiceNow professional for a Global Elite ServiceNow Partner, specializing in resource and project management.
- Apply project management principles from development to deployment (Management).
- Manage scope, delivery, quality, and acceptance of tasks.
- Prioritize work, meet deadlines and budgets, and work under pressure.
- Support creation of detailed statements of work.
- Develop standards, templates, and procedures.
- Understand business models and process designs.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Align client processes with relevant services or products.
- Communicate goals effectively.
- Managing a team both onshore and offshore (5-15 resources)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of project control experience.
- Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools.
- Familiarity with delivery assurance, risk management, and project phases (Scrum).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
- Passion for digitization.
- Result-driven and customer-centric.
- Self-starter with leadership ability.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Project management certification and ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
