ServiceNow Technical Consultant (HR Service Delivery) – Freelance

Location: Netherlands (Remote within the Benelux region)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a focus on the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. As a freelance position, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries, delivering cutting-edge solutions and making a significant impact on HR service delivery processes.

Job Summary:

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and customizing the HRSD module within the ServiceNow platform. Leveraging your extensive technical expertise, development skills, and coding proficiency, you will work closely with our clients' HR teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance HR service delivery efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HRSD Implementation and Customization: Lead and execute end-to-end implementations of the HRSD module, understanding the unique requirements of each client and configuring the platform to meet their specific needs.

2. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including configuration, development, and integration, to address complex HR service delivery challenges effectively.

3. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide expert recommendations to optimize HR service delivery processes.

4. Custom Development: Design and develop custom solutions and enhancements using JavaScript, Glide API, and other relevant technologies to extend the functionality of the HRSD module.

5. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other HR systems and external applications, ensuring seamless data flow and maintaining data integrity.

6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of the HRSD module and customizations to ensure a high level of quality, reliability, and performance.

7. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user guides. Conduct training sessions to empower clients' HR teams in efficiently using the platform.

8. Best Practices and Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in implementing and customizing the ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and other relevant development technologies.
• Proven track record in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
• Previous experience in HR service delivery process optimization and automation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
• Right to work in the EU and be based in the Benelux region.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD) or other relevant certifications.
• Experience working as a freelance consultant or in a consulting environment.
