ServiceNow Developer – Washington, DC – Hybrid

Alldus are working with a Non-Profit Healthcare organization that are on a strong mission to help as many people struggling as possible. They have just implemented both Hardward Asset Management and Software Asset Management to their platform and are looking to hire ITAM specialists.

They are looking to bring in a ServiceNow Developer who is going to be able to configure their HAM and SAM modules.

Your Role:

• As the ServiceNow Developer, you will responsible for succeeding end-user expectations by meeting SLAs and fulfilling customer demands, leading to high customer satisfaction.

• You will understand business requirements and design tables, views, workflows, business rules, notifications, integrations, process automation, UI scripts, reports, and dashboards.

• Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, App Engine or Flow Designer.

• Design integrations with other systems and create customized workflows using various technologies.

• Provide guidance on the overall direction and future developments of ServiceNow capabilities.

• Participate in peer programming and code review sessions with the development team.

• Offer general support, administration, and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform and associated applications.

• Train and onboard new team members.

Your Skillset:

• Experience working with ITAM, HAM and SAM.

• Advanced technical computer skills relevant to the functional area and related systems.

• Configuration experience on Service Portal.
