Alldus are working with a distinguished Elite ServiceNow Partner based in the UK, who are seeking a dedicated and experienced ServiceNow Team Lead to join their dynamic team. They specialize in delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions that empower organizations to optimize their operations and achieve their business objectives.

Role Overview:
As the ServiceNow Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead and mentor a team of Technical Consultants and Junior Technical Consultants. Drawing from your extensive ServiceNow experience, you will guide the team in delivering high-quality solutions to clients while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. This permanent position requires a proactive individual with exceptional leadership skills, technical prowess, and a passion for developing team members' skills and careers.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Technical Consultants and Junior Technical Consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Provide guidance and support to team members in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with clients' business needs.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to set goals, provide feedback, and offer guidance for professional growth.
Lead by example in technical excellence by actively participating in complex projects, demonstrating hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development and customization.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills and capabilities of junior team members, ensuring their growth within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow modules and other technologies.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, trends, and best practices to ensure the team's proficiency in delivering cutting-edge solutions.
Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and client workshops, showcasing the team's capabilities.
Participate in regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and addressing any performance-related concerns.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages knowledge sharing and professional development.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Extensive experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a strong background in technical consulting, development, and customization.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, providing mentorship, and fostering professional growth.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, etc.), web services, APIs, and integrations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet clients' business needs.
Prior experience within an Elite ServiceNow Partner environment or similar consulting capacity is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
