The Role: As a ServiceNow Manager

  • Designing solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM) in addition to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) using ServiceNow.
  • Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, focusing on solution design – from clarifying requirements and designing solutions to managing implementation and offering post-launch support.
  • Applying ServiceNow best practices during client interactions to ensure smooth integration and adoption.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering continuous learning and growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficiency in German and English for effective communication with our diverse clientele.
  • A proven track record of leading successful ServiceNow projects, including ITSM, GRC, HRSD, and other related modules.
  • Strong analytical skills to address complex business challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Leadership skills to motivate your team and cultivate a culture of excellence.
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA & Certified Implementation Specialist, are advantageous.
