Full Time-Remote,

Salary: $170k-230k depending on experience + Benefits & Bonus

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead, plan and deliver ServiceNow projects being well-rounded on the platform.

What will you be doing:

• Utilize technical knowledge to gather requirements, create solutions and lead developers
• Support project scoping and proposal development, driving the implementation and advising the project on viable technical solution options throughout the project lifecycle
• Craft and deliver workshop materials, perform elements of solution implementation, and drive the completion of key project deliverables
• Help create new practice solutions and offerings
• Be hands on technical in development as needed
• Help drive continuous improvement and optimization of our capabilities

Experience:

• 2-5 years in ServiceNow experience
• Previous experience working across the ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, SPM/ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps and/or IRM
• Implementation certifications highly desirable
• Prior experience as a consultant or client-serving professional
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow best-practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
