A leading Cybersecurity solutions provider in Ireland is looking for an IAM Project Manager to support a client with an end-to-end IAM product integration. As an IAM Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of the IAM project ensuring it meets the business objectives. This is a day rate contracting position for an initial 6-month period, with a high chance of extension based on project needs and your performance. 

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the entire IAM project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring all milestones are met.
– Collaborate with technical and business-focused stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
– Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
– Oversee the work of technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of IAM solutions.
– Identify and mitigate risks and issues, making timely decisions to keep the project on track.
– Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and status.
Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members.
Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an IAM Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
– Technical background with a deep understanding of IAM technologies and solutions.
– Experience working with IAM products such as identity governance, access management, and single sign-on.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
– Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Previous experience in a day rate contracting role is a plus.
