Our client are hiring a certified ServiceNow Technical Consultant with expertise in ITSM Suite to join the team remotely. This position focuses entirely on ServiceNow tasks, requiring a strong grasp of SDLC and PPM to handle project statuses, requirements, story management, and testing. Daily responsibilities include active involvement within ServiceNow, managing Customer Incidents and Requests linked to the development and implementation of ServiceNow Applications, Modules and more.


  • As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will implement end-to-end automated solutions encompassing technical deployments of the ServiceNow Platform, Core System, and Applications.
  • You will be responsible to provide advanced expertise and customer service excellence within the ITSM Suite.
  • Proficiency in architecting, developing, and transitioning customers’ legacy solutions into the ServiceNow environment is advantageous.
  • Execute IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, customize workflows, manage ticketing, automate processes, develop reports and dashboards, and configure systems.
  • Prioritize and organize development efforts, liaise with vendors and management, and potentially coordinate additional administrator efforts.
  • Consider dependencies, relationships, and integration points to ensure seamless integration of solutions with other systems where applicable.



  • Extensive functional and technical expertise in ServiceNow, including proficient navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting on the platform.
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development with proficiency in ITSM Suite functionalities.
  • Competence in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration within ServiceNow.
  • Preferred ServiceNow Admin (or higher) certifications (or equivalent experience).
  • Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • Background in either software development or IT Service management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and practices (ITIL v3 certification is advantageous).
  • Understanding of Agile-based software development (SCRUM experience is beneficial).
