Salary: $120k-160k depending on experience + Benefits & Bonus
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to work hands on in the ServiceNow platform with projects focused on advancements in ITOM, APM & CSDM.
What will you be doing:
- Be the face of the business in speaking with clients to solve their pain points
- Lead functional discovery and functional process workshops.
- Design bespoke processes that assist client in overcoming obstacles and to achieve project success.
- Gather business requirements to translate them into workable solutions.
- Develop and deliver end user testing or training.
- Help manage the project while collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect
Experience:
- Strong ServiceNow functional background
- 3+ years in ServiceNow experience minimum
- Modular experience/knowledge in ITOM, APM, CSDM is desirable
- ServiceNow certifications desirable – CSA, CAD, CIS etc…
