As the Product Manager, Buyer Experience at our company, you will assume leadership over our product detail page and onboarding experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing critical platforms, crafting a strategic roadmap, and leading a highly skilled cross-functional team to drive scalable growth. Your primary focus will revolve around developing features that enhance the buyer experience, ensuring it remains frictionless and fuels our growth.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the development and execution of the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day management of buyer experience product features.
• Drive end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, and establish requirements, objectives, and success metrics for product launches.
• Incorporate user research, market analysis, analytics, and community feedback into product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with design, research, and engineering teams to build and iterate on key features.
• Act as a cross-functional leader, partnering with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive new product initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably in the context of an e-commerce marketplace.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning, directing, and organizing product roadmaps.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual presentation skills, with a deep understanding of the art of storytelling.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of deconstructing complex issues and effectively communicating across different functions to identify potential solutions.
• Proficiency in analytical skills, including SQL, to analyze data for feature opportunities and assess feature performance while making informed trade-offs.

Compensation Range (Tri-State Area)

$144,500—$170,000 USD
