IT System Administrator & Hardware Manager

Job Description: As an IT Systems Administrator, responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining IT assets and cloud applications. Contribute to seamless operations in our innovative, fast-paced setting, enhancing efficiency and security in IT operations.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Procure, configure, and ship worldwide Apple laptops and IT equipment for effective job performance.

  • Manage JAMF for client devices, ensuring optimal configuration, security, and performance.

  • Administer Apple Business Manager for streamlined deployment of Apple devices.

  • Oversee virus and threat management with Bitdefender for a secure operational environment.

  • Lead patch management to keep all ins-pi devices updated and secure.

  • Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support to support employees.

  • Evaluate new software applications and advise management on technology adoption.

  • Manage Office365 licenses and setups for employee resource access.

  • Implement and manage Microsoft Active Directory and SSO integration for secure access.

  • Lead IT projects, such as migrating from Box.com to OneDrive/Sharepoint.

  • Set up and maintain an efficient IT asset management system.

  • Manage ServiceNow access, instance patch, and zBoot.

  • Oversee the Hubspot website, ensuring availability, performance, and security.

 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of IT administration, Apple device management, and SaaS application experience.

  • Certifications in Microsoft or relevant areas are a plus.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Physical presence in the Cologne office required 2-3 days per week.

  • C1 English language skills.
