They’re seeking a Senior DevSecOps Developer to remotely join an agile team who will be responsible for supporting customers, improving CI/CD workflows and providing expert insights in containerization and DevSecOps. Expertise in AWS, automation tools, and security is essential for this role.


  • As the Senior DevSecOps Developer, you will participate in an agile DevSecOps team, actively involved in scrum ceremonies and offering customer assistance.

  • You will be responsible to design, develop, and implement robust DevSecOps strategies aligned with business goals, emphasizing security integration throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Improve CI/CD workflows for optimized system delivery.

  • Serve as a pivotal consultant on containerization and DevSecOps practices for both team members and clients.

  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate new tools and technologies to streamline processes, increase efficiency and enhance automation within the DevSecOps environment.

  • Analyze and resolve system issues, participate in incident response and implement improvements to prevent future occurrences.


  • Over 8 years of IT expertise focusing on DevSecOps within AWS cloud environments.

  • Proficient in scripting languages Python, Ruby or Shell scripting.

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation and configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet or Chef.

  • Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools e.g. Jenkins, Travis CI, GitLab CI/CD.

  • Strong grasp of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure services.

  • Experience setting up monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or ELK stack for log analysis.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of security best practices for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.

  • Eligible for and capable of maintaining DHS Suitability clearance.
