This is made possible by harnessing predictive AI and prioritizing user-centered product development.

They are hiring a Technical Program Manager on a contract basis who will work closely with diverse teams, establishing product roadmaps and overseeing the smooth launch of products. The successful candidate will hold a crucial position in advancing healthcare technology solutions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Technical Program Manager, you will Gather and prioritize product requirements, converting them into detailed specifications and user stories.

  • You will be responsible to create and sustain a product roadmap, steering product releases and feature development timelines.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to facilitate smooth product development, launch and support.

  • Offer expertise to the product development team, directing architecture, technologies and implementation choices.

  • Define and monitor KPIs to gauge product success, using data-driven insights to enhance performance.

  • Assist in user testing, A/B testing, and validation of new features and product alterations.

Skillset:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, informatics or similar.

  • 3-5 years of Technical Product Management experience, ideally within the healthcare technology domain.

  • Demonstrate a track record of successfully overseeing the development and release of healthcare technology products.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, standards and best practices.

  • Robust technical background facilitating efficient interaction with development teams.

  • Outstanding communication, collaboration abilities and familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
