They are hiring a talented ServiceNow Functional Consultant to offer adept guidance and aid in the client’s ServiceNow implementation and developmental initiatives. The successful candidate should possess a minimum of a decade’s experience in ServiceNow consulting, coupled with a robust comprehension of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SPM, and CMDB.


  • As a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, you will pearhead and assist in ServiceNow implementations and development, providing specialized guidance.

  • You will work closely with business stakeholders to convert requirements into precise technical specifications.

  • Tailor and set up the ServiceNow platform to harmonize with business objectives.

  • Create automated workflows and scripts to streamline processes and bolster efficiency.

  • Ensure strict adherence to industry standards such as ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SPM, and CMDB.

  • Offer training and mentorship to team members on ServiceNow architecture and best practices.


  • A Master’s Degree coupled with over a decade of experience in IT Consulting, specializing in ServiceNow for a minimum of seven years. 

  • ServiceNow certification is essential.

  • In-depth expertise in ServiceNow architecture, development, and optimal methodologies. 

  • Direct involvement with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and associated applications. 

  • Proficiency in ITIL, GRC, SPM, and CMDB standards and workflows. 

  • Background in Business Analysis is a plus.

  • Understanding of enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
