Our client is a renowned global business and technology solutions provider that boasts over two decades of leadership in innovation. Their specialization in Digital Transformation involves collaborating with clients to modernize businesses through dedicated approaches in business focus, technology-fueled innovation, and delivery excellence.

They are hiring a ServiceNow HR Lead Developer on a 12-month contract to work on a crucial project with a government client. The successful candidate will be instrumental in replacing an outdated HR and Project Billing Legacy Platform, presenting an exciting opportunity to contribute to the modernization of electronic data processing systems.


  • As a ServiceNow HR Lead Developer, you will lead the migration of an outdated HR legacy platform to ServiceNow for the purpose of supporting and automating HR processes.

  • You will play a pivotal role in decommissioning legacy systems and introducing a ServiceNow platform that is more intuitive and user-friendly.

  • Focus on enhancing efficiency, reducing workload and eliminating errors to ensure the client benefits from an improved customer experience.


  • ServiceNow Certified: System Administration is essential.

  • Minimum five years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.

  • Minimum three years working in a lead capacity.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

  • Expertise in developing workflows, dashboards, and reports in ServiceNow.

  • ServiceNow development experience implementing custom workflow applications and installing/configuring new ServiceNow modules is a bonus.

Rate: $110 p/h
