They are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will provide leadership, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure platform alignment with business objectives and deliver cutting-edge solutions of the highest quality.


  • As a Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will oversee the architecture, design, development, and implementation/enhancements on the ServiceNow platform and cross-platform integration solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, technical leads, platform owner, and process owners to finalize designs for ServiceNow modules.

  • Ensure platform alignment with the business strategy.

  • Implement architectural controls to guarantee the use of correct technical solutions when delivering business solutions.

  • Deliver practical designs, maximizing the use of out-of-the-box features whenever possible.

  • Take accountability for the final review and approval of cross-platform functional workflows, UI, scripted business rules, reports, and other ServiceNow automated solutions.

  • Conduct regular design reviews, ensuring proper technical design, coding, adherence to standards, and best practices.


  • 5 years of industry experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

  • Hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, HAM, CMDB and SPM.

  • Familiarity with ITIL and proficiency in ITSM support processes and terminology.

  • Possess strong technical abilities and advanced knowledge and skills in ServiceNow.

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow customizations, code promotion and migrations.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and adeptly manage multiple priorities.


  • Salary: $150k – $230k DOE

  • Unlimited PTO

**Please Note** Candidates need to be based in Santa Clara to work on-site 3 days a week.
