Our client is a pioneering software manufacturer with a focus on enterprise architecture and transformation management. Leveraging their expertise, the company delivers state-of-the-art solutions on the ServiceNow platform, offering substantial business value to their enterprise clientele.

They are hiring a results-oriented Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to join their dynamic sales team in North America, operating remotely. The successful candidate will play a substantial role in conducting product demonstrations, creating persuasive presentations and interacting with potential clients to understand their distinct requirements.

Responsibilities

  • As the Pre-Sales Consultant, you will work closely with the sales team to comprehend requirements for potential customers and actively participate in crafting customized solutions.
  • You will perform product demonstrations and presentations to ensure their solutions align seamlessly with the specific needs of prospective customers.
  • Take the lead in workshops, gaining insights into customers’ challenges and offering guidance during trials and proof of concept (POC) engagements.
  • Expertly handle product feature and technical inquiries from prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and various sales collateral materials.
  • Provide support for marketing events, such as conferences, webinars, user group meetings and trade shows.

Skillset

  • BA Degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient presentation abilities, demonstrating the capacity to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting swiftly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Fundamental knowledge of ServiceNow with a readiness to undergo supplementary training.

Benefits:

  • Salary: Max. $150k + bonus.
