They are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer on a contract basis to assume a crucial role within their Strategy & Planning – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) team. The successful candidate will take charge of designing, developing and enhancing SPM modules on the ServiceNow Platform.


  • As a ServiceNow SPM Senior Developer,  you will develop and propose SPM workflows, configurations, customizations and applications in accordance to fulfil business requirements.

  • You will assist in the ongoing support of the ServiceNow SPM module by actively monitoring, troubleshooting, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing necessary bug fixes.

  • Harness the capabilities of ServiceNow plugins and automation tools to craft inventive solutions tailored for SPM.

  • Thoroughly review and refine user stories, comprehend requirements and take the lead in the design, development and deployment of solutions.

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions for SPM and other ServiceNow modules/functionality using diverse methods, while consistently updating end-user documentation.

  • Methodically document, sustain, and revise policies, procedures and controls governing the operation of the ServiceNow SPM platform.


  • Certification as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Administrator.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related IT discipline.

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development and Design, preferably focusing on ITSM and SPM suite.

  • Successful completion of at least 2 SPM implementations within the ServiceNow environment.

  • Experience or certifications related to various ServiceNow modules such as ITAM, ITOM, ITIL, CSA, and Implementation Specialist.

  • Exposure to integrations and the development of intricate solutions, coupled with proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages.

  • Capable of leading client discussions, organizing backlog grooming, and facilitating scrum calls using an agile-based methodology.

  • Proven track record in working with and mentoring ServiceNow technical junior resources.
