Job Title: UKG Functional Consultant – Integration Specialist
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Duration: 6 Month Day Rate Contract

A leading HCM consulting partner of Alldus is seeking a talented and experienced UKG Functional Consultant with a strong background in integrating UKG products into businesses. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Time and Attendance (T&A), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Workforce Management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives for implementing UKG solutions.
  • Lead the integration of UKG products into client environments, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality across systems.
  • Configure and customize UKG software to align with clientspecific workflows and processes.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of integrated solutions.
  • Provide training and support to client stakeholders on the usage and administration of UKG applications.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, trends, and developments in UKG technology to enhance service delivery.


  • Proven experience as a UKG Functional Consultant, with a focus on integrating UKG products into diverse business environments.
  • In depth knowledge of Time and Attendance (T&A), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Workforce Management systems.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing UKG applications to meet client requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in UKG software (e.g., UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions).
  • Previous experience working in consulting or professional services roles.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management.
