They are hiring a Vice President of Customer Success to play a crucial role in shaping the company’s Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy within the US Market. The successful candidate will lead new business initiatives, oversee existing client relationships and take charge of partnership functions in close collaboration with the C-suite to accomplish strategic objectives.


  • As the VP of Customer Success,  you will lead and shape the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the US market, aiming for profitable growth in both new and existing business ventures.

  • You will cultivate and sustain relationships with current clients, fostering business expansion through new opportunities and contract renewals.

  • Oversee the complete sales process for the US Customer Success function, from lead generation to client management, ensuring alignment with business KPI’s.

  • Propel revenue growth by establishing strategic partnerships and alliances within the US market.

  • Collaborate with various teams to guarantee GTM readiness, involving management, delivery, revenue enabler, and support functions.

  • Execute strategies for sales process excellence and introduce key Partner programs.

  • Establish top and bottom-line targets, formulating strategies for their successful achievement.


  • More than 10 years of expertise in strategic business development, partnership & alliance development and large account management.

  • Experience working in technology firms specializing in AI, ML, Advanced Analytics, Cloud or related fields.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets, implementing effective Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and establishing partnerships with scalability.

  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, negotiation and team management abilities.

  • Master’s degree in business or a related field.

  • Proven capability to excel in dynamic and agile environments.


  • Salary: $230-280k DOE

  • Remote working (U.S. Only)
