They are hiring a ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Technical Consultant to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth analysis for the development of new features and enhancements, actively participating in design discussions and code walkthroughs, and overseeing the complete lifecycle of solutions in the ServiceNow platform. 


  • As a ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Technical Consultant, you will conduct thorough analysis for the development of new features, components, and enhancements within ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.

  • You will participate actively in design discussions and lead design/code walkthrough meetings to ensure comprehensive understanding and collaboration.

  • Design, develop, review, test, deploy and provide support for both out-of-the-box and custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Ensure strict compliance with security best practices, coding standards, reference architecture and requirement/design artifacts.

  • Adhere to development and release methodologies, including Configuration Management (CM), Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD).

  • Navigate and adapt to various environments, offering support and close collaboration with customers. 

  • Contribute to production work, including deployments, incident, and problem management.

  • Provide technical guidance to customers and serve as a mentor to less senior team members, including potential involvement in giving presentations to both management and customers.


  • A minimum of five years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on robust skills in Vulnerability Response (VR) and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).

  • Proficient in the setup and management of both out-of-the-box and customized applications, accompanied by a strong foundation in ServiceNow system administration.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytics capabilities, evidenced by a successful history of gathering requirements and effectively translating them into technical deliveries.

  • Expertise in working autonomously with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment, actively participating in swarming and peer programming.

  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating confidence in presenting ideas and designs to stakeholders at various levels.
