They are hiring a ServiceNow CMBD Administrator to join their dynamic team on a contract basis contributing to delivering innovative and dependable technology solutions for key clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing and maintaining ServiceNow CMDB and service management ITIL processes.


  • As a ServiceNow Developer/CMDB Admin, you will be responsible to analyze, design, develop and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and service management ITIL processes.

  • You will manage MID Server installs/maintenance, maintain Discovery Schedules and configure/maintain IRE Rules for multiple data sources.

  • Clean up duplicate CIs, retire stale CIs, and review/enhance IRE Rules & Discovery Patterns.

  • Perform Service and Application Mapping, collaborate with CI Class Manager, and integrate data through APIs and multisource discovery.

  • Document technical designs and understand processes linked with CMDB, such as Change Management and Asset Lifecycle.

  • Manage sprint releases, code migrations, and establish platform governance for technical demand and platform integrity.

  • Design and build integrations to expand platform capabilities, providing support for ServiceNow production environment activities.


  • Over seven years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, CMDB Administration, and Discovery & ITIL Service Management processes.

  • Expertise in CMDB and Asset Management Services, showcasing a deep understanding of Business Services and Configuration item relationships.

  • Proficient in Agile SCRUM and Kanban methodologies, ensuring effective and streamlined project management practices.

  • Experience with a range of programming languages, including Javascript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular and REST.

  • Showcase UX skills such as Prototyping, Wireframing, User Interview techniques and familiarity with Google design sprint methodologies.

  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
