Their collaborative approach addresses intricate challenges, guiding organizations through transformative changes and actively shaping the future.

They are hiring a ServiceNow Technical Architect to become a vital member of their Platform Innovation team, responsible for designing and architecting intricate, sophisticated and inventive solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will engage with both internal and external stakeholders, take the lead in solutioning sessions and play a key role in the triumph of ServiceNow projects spanning diverse domains.


  • As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will collaborate with clients, internal teams and business analysts to define requirements and design robust ServiceNow solutions.

  • You will be responsible to create detailed technical designs aligned with industry best practices and the ServiceNow platform capabilities.

  • Build the Practice’s brand within the ServiceNow ecosystem, positioning the organization as a thought leader.

  • Define and uphold standards for collaboration with project teams, ensuring accurate translation of requirements into functional solutions.

  • Design innovative integration solutions, ensuring practice-wide understanding and adoption.

  • Identify and implement new methodologies and technologies for performance analysis and optimization.

  • Identify and implement security solutions to meet compliance requirements.

  • Foster growth of ServiceNow talent through mentorship and coaching.

  • Foster enduring relationships between the organization, ServiceNow product and sales teams, and clients.


  • Minimum of eight years of experience in ServiceNow implementation or architecture.

  • Hold certifications in 5 or more mainline areas.

  • Maintain an active ServiceNow Expert certification.

  • Hands-on experience in the implementation or architecture of 20 or more ServiceNow applications.

  • Excel in scripting languages, system architecture and design principles.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
