They are hiring a experienced ServiceNow Custom App Developer on a contract basis to join their team. Working on federal contract projects, the successful candidate will play a vital role in implementing ServiceNow solutions, thereby enhancing the success of their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • As the ServiceNow Custom App Developer, you will execute the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for federal projects.

  • You will collaborate with a diverse team, including business analysts, policy specialists, digital strategists and creatives.

  • Independently design and lead complex user interfaces, integrations, and workflows.

  • Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of ServiceNow solutions.

  • Demonstrate leadership by effectively managing teams, showcasing strong technical skills in scripting, workflow configuration and business rule development.

  • Professionally communicate with clients and internal teams, presenting solutions and managing stakeholders in an effective manner.

Skillset:

  • Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.

  • Certifications as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist are essential. 

  • Certifications in key areas such as Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Automated Test Framework.

  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance is a must.

  • Practical experience in configuring or building ServiceNow applications.

  • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management principles.

  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in scripting with JavaScript and GlideScript.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
