They are hiring a Sales Professional with a focus on delivering results to join their expanding Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in steering the sales process and achieving outcomes within the Aerospace & Defense sector.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Professional, you will utilize your industry knowledge and technical expertise to comprehend clients’ needs in Engineering Solutions for Aerospace & Defense.

  • You will educate clients on the company’s Engineering capabilities within the industry, conveying success stories to effectively communicate their value proposition to partners and customers.

  • Drive achievement of new and existing business sales targets by optimizing sales effectiveness and performance.

  • Lead sales and industry SME teams, implementing impactful sales strategies to attain revenue and profitability objectives.

  • Spearhead complex selling efforts, identifying, qualifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities.

  • Craft and present the team’s Engineering’s differentiated value story, developing strategic win themes for proposals.

  • Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients’ senior leaders, positioning the company as the preferred partner for bringing their long-term vision to life.

Skillset:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • Proficiency in core management consulting skills, encompassing the facilitation of executive and digital leadership workshops.

  • Experience in overseeing end-to-end digital sales cycles, from origination to solution and closure.

  • Previous exposure to a complex matrixed organizational model is a noteworthy advantage.

  • Proven experience collaborating and jointly going to market with strategic vendors.

  • Aptitude for designing comprehensive client business cases.
