Our client, a prominent IT services and consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow Platform Technical Architect to join their growing ServiceNow team on a contract basis. This hybrid role, situated in Dallas, entails overseeing multiple facets of ServiceNow architecture, encompassing solutioning, leadership, code reviews, strategy formulation and roadmap planning.

**Please Note** This Position is Hybrid in Dallas – All candidates must be able to go on site 


  • As a ServiceNow Platform Technical Architect, you will lead the team by leveraging hands-on experience in Architecting, Solutioning, Leading, Code Reviews, Strategy and Roadmap development for ServiceNow.

  • You will design domain architecture, DevOps, and overall platform architecture, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

  • Develop the overall roadmap and strategy for client ServiceNow Instances, with a focus on consolidation and extension strategies.

  • Take ownership of the platform, overseeing development delivery, and providing mentorship to developers in configuring and supporting the ServiceNow platform.

  • Create and maintain architecture and design documentation, present technical solutions, guide and mentor technical staff, and estimate solution costs and timelines.

  • Design system integrations and data migrations, while also creating technical roadmaps.



  • Previous ten years of experience working in ServiceNow.

  • Possess ServiceNow CAD certification.

  • ServiceNow certifications in at least two of ITSM, CSM and ITOM Mainline are essential.

  • Showcase proficiency in integrations, eBonding and data design.

  • Specialize in CSM applications, as well as exhibit expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CSDM architecture.

  • Ability to execute multitenant enablement strategies through key ServiceNow enablers like Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and other automation tools.
