Senior Backend Infrastructure Engineer

Our client are utilizing advanced models to protect against both current and emerging fabrication techniques. As a leading solution for detecting and deterring fraudulent text, audio, and visual content, they partner with government agencies and enterprise clients to enhance security and prevent fraud. 

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with customers and their technical teams.

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and infrastructure.

• Optimize system reliability, efficiency, and performance through rigorous monitoring and tuning.

• Deploy and integrate the companies solutions in on-premise environments, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance according to client requirements.

• Create and maintain continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance infrastructure solutions.

Skillset

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in backend development and infrastructure management.

• Proficiency in backend programming languages, including Node.JS, Python, and Go or Rust.

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native services.

• Additional experience with GCP and Azure.

• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Pulumi.

• Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and server-side technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container orchestration tools.

• Knowledgeable in automation and configuration management tools.
