Job Title: HRSD Functional Consultant (Part-Time, 3-Month Contract)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis for a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and systems, with expertise in HRSD platforms such as ServiceNow. The consultant will be responsible for analysing business requirements, configuring HRSD solutions, and providing support during the implementation phase.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements related to HR service delivery.
  • Configure and customize HRSD solutions based on business needs, leveraging platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Conduct thorough testing of HRSD configurations to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Provide support and guidance to stakeholders during the implementation phase, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate HRSD solutions with other systems and applications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR service delivery and HRSD platforms.
  • Assist in the training of end-users on HRSD functionalities and processes.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRSD Functional Consultant or similar role, preferably with experience in configuring and implementing solutions using ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including but not limited to employee lifecycle management, case management, and service cataloge management.
  • Proficiency in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Availability to work part-time hours for a 3-month contract duration.
