They are hiring ServiceNow Presales Solutions Architect to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of thriving in presales engagements, effectively communicating intricate technical concepts to various audiences.


  • As the ServiceNow Presales Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with sales personnel to assess customer needs and conduct business value evaluations.

  • You will create and deliver ServiceNow solutions presentations to stakeholders, including showcasing prototypes and leading walk-through sessions.

  • Take the lead in crafting responses to requests for information/proposal documents.

  • Assist in formulating strategic pricing and financial strategies.

  • Define and execute Proof of Concept/Proof of Value projects with potential clients.

  • Offer expert advice and assessments for ServiceNow-based consulting initiatives and pre-sales activities.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and authoritative figure on projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other Practice personnel as required.


  • ServiceNow certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist are mandatory.

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, design and development.

  • A minimum of 3 years dedicated to ServiceNow-related presales activities.

  • Previous involvement in at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in a lead technical or architect role.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in crafting ServiceNow solutions and technical design documentation.

  • Track record of successfully leading responses to RFP/RFI.

  • Extensive experience in enterprise/large-scale Service Management implementations.

  • Hands-on familiarity with ITOM, Project Portfolio Management, HR Management, Field Service Management, extending beyond ITSM.

  • Knowledge of ITIL practices; ITIL v3 certification is advantageous.
