ServiceNow Developer/Analyst

Our client, a prominent consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow Administrator to provide support for a federal client. With an impressive history of assisting diverse Government agencies for over 20 years, the company specializes in organizing, managing, and securing information. Responsibilities: 

• As the ServiceNow Admin, you will be responsible to aid in migrating data from legacy systems to ServiceNow.

• You will customize and configure ServiceNow modules according to customer requirements.

• Provide expert advice and guidance on ServiceNow solutions throughout the implementation process.

• Develop, oversee, and optimize dashboards, reports and workflows within ServiceNow.

• Perform upgrades and apply patches to ServiceNow as necessary.

• Deliver user support, encompassing account management and training.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues pertaining to ServiceNow.

• Maintain detailed technical documentation for reference and future use.

Skillset:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar. 

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration.

• Required to hold or be eligible to acquire Public Trust clearance.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Residence or relocation to Alexandria, VA is required.
