Our client, who are at the forefront of reshaping Human Resources and Employee Experience through the power of ServiceNow, is seeking a ServiceNow HR Business Process Consultant. The successful candidate will work closely with the organization’s clients to craft implementation strategies and pioneer groundbreaking HRSD solutions.

Responsibilities:

As a ServiceNow HR Business Process Consultant, you will partner with clients to comprehend their business requirements and craft customized HRSD solutions.
You will take charge of initiating projects, conducting pre-work questionnaires and facilitating design workshops.
Propel process definition, re-engineering, and enhancement to expedite value delivery and enrich employee experiences.
Serve as a bridge between technical teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Offer guidance and assistance to guarantee the smooth implementation of HR processes.
Influence and advise stakeholders by providing strategic insights and innovative solutions.
Develop and manage comprehensive documentation, encompassing design workbooks, user stories and test scenarios.
Perform risk assessments and proactively tackle issues to ensure project success.
Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintain prompt communication with stakeholders.

Skillset:

2-4 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specializing in HR.
Expertise in implementing processes and solutions within customer environments.
Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver thought leadership.
Experience in requirements gathering and meticulous process documentation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Maintain a customer-centric mindset coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
Essential prior experience with ServiceNow or equivalent case management systems.
