Our client is a forward-thinking organization that is leading the transformation of Human Resources and Employee Experience using ServiceNow’s capabilities. They are hiring a ServiceNow HR Technical Consultant to spearhead the design, development and implementation of innovative solutions for their clients.
Responsibilities:

As a ServiceNow HR Technical Consultant, you will design, develop, and implement client solutions, ensuring smooth integration.

You will create detailed documentation of configurations, reports and development tasks to ensure clarity.

Aid clients in conducting testing scenarios and plans, offering essential assistance.
-
Deliver effective demonstrations to educate clients on ServiceNow products and solutions.
-
Maintain a thorough understanding of technical consultant methodologies and product landscapes.
-
Stay informed about new features and commit to ongoing learning.

Lead Knowledge Transfer sessions with clients to facilitate seamless adoption.
Skillset:
-
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
-
2-8 years of demonstrated experience in IT services/consulting.
-
2-6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration or maintenance.
-
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD is essential.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Display intellectual curiosity and a dedication to ongoing learning.
