Our IT consulting client aids Fortune 500 companies in harmonizing processes, organizational structures, information systems, and technology to tackle the most intricate IT hurdles. They are hiring a Federal Client Executive to spearhead the execution of growth strategies aimed at acquiring new government clients within the public sector.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Federal Client Executive, you will create impactful prospecting campaigns to stimulate high levels of engagement.

  • You will be responsible to cultivate, sustain and convert pipelines to optimize contract worth.

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to final closure.

  • Deliver convincing presentations tailored to diverse audiences, including frontline staff and senior/C-suite executives.

  • Collaborate closely with internal partners to develop compelling proposals and innovative solutions.

  • Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Foster teamwork to refine processes and strategies collectively.

  • Establish and nurture strategic account plans for sustained growth and success.

Skillset:

  • At least seven years of B2B sales expertise, including two years of experience within the Federal sector.

  • Proficiency in solution-selling and consultative selling methodologies.

  • Extensive comprehension of business principles within government organizations.

  • Knowledgeable about government procurement procedures, including familiarity with the GSA schedule.

  • Ability to navigate complex commercial discussions within large agencies and matrixed environments.

  • Familiarity with web technology is a bonus, especially in accessibility.

  • Adaptability to change management and a proactive startup-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
