Our client are pioneering a revolution in automation with their state-of-the-art AI platform. They are hiring a Junior Product Manager to join their mission of freeing humans from repetitive tasks through the power of artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:

As the Junior Product Manager, you will collaborate with the organization’s founders and Product Lead to define the product vision and establish a strong strategy.
You will develop product roadmaps, user stories and detailed specifications for their innovative automation solution.
Take charge of product launches, handling positioning, customer onboarding and support, while monitoring key metrics.
Cultivate robust partnerships with design, engineering and go-to-market teams to guarantee successful delivery.
Propel product growth by implementing effective strategies for customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

Skillset:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within a tech startup.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Experience in AI/ML product development and enterprise software.
Show a keen interest in AI with practical experience using AI tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with technical teams.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to workflow automation or AI-centric products is a bonus.
