Pre-Sales ServiceNow Architect

Our client is a leading ServiceNow Premium Partner and they are hiring a German-speaking Presales ServiceNow Architect to play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for their clients. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of client engagement, collaborating closely with the sales team to understand and address client needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

• As the Presales ServiceNow Architect , you will collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives.
• You will conduct discovery sessions to gather detailed business and technical requirements.
• Design innovative solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Create compelling presales materials, including presentations and demonstrations.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to implementation.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English (C1/C2 German Language is a must)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Previous experience in a presales or solutions architect role, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• ServiceNow certifications in Pre-Sales
