ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA)

Our client, an innovative Consulting firm based in Virginia, are hiring ServiceNow Technical Architects to spearhead innovation and deliver outstanding solutions. The successful candidate will hold a crucial position in crafting and architecting revolutionary solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

• As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to devise comprehensive, inventive solutions in line with business requirements and industry standards.

• You will act as a proficient advisor, guiding solutioning sessions and bridging organizational divides through technical expertise.

• Forge the organization’s reputation as a pioneer in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Maintain collaboration standards and aid in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

• Innovate integration strategies and promote their adoption throughout the practice.

• Establish and enforce robust security protocols to satisfy compliance standards.

• Generate technical documentation and disseminate best practices within the team and broader practice.

• Nurture the development of ServiceNow talent and contribute to the enhancement of architectural standards.

Skillset:

• At least eight years of hands-on experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.

• Hold certifications in 5 or more mainline areas, such as Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer.

• Active ServiceNow Expert certification.

• Proficiency in implementing 20 or more ServiceNow applications.

• Mastery in scripting languages and fundamental system architecture principles.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
