They are hiring ServiceNow HRSD experts to join their team in Washington D.C. and play integral roles in delivering a variety of professional IT services, harnessing the potential of big data and state-of-the-art software technologies to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• As a ServiceNow HRSD expert, you will spearhead the gathering of requirements and creation of user stories.

• You will be responsible to devise solutions tailored to meet human capital needs within ServiceNow HRSD.

• Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions for clients and customers.

• Guide technical teams in implementing and operating HRSD solutions.

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership.

• Perform thorough system testing to verify quality and functionality.

• Address and resolve issues promptly as they arise.

Skillset:

• Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow. 

• Proficient in ServiceNow HRSD for Federal customers.

• Experienced in business process reengineering and requirements analysis for Federal HR customers.

• Demonstrated strong customer relationship management skills.

• Previous experience in client-facing roles. 

• ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialists.

• Agile certification, preferably with SAFe.

• Experience with enterprise design thinking.
