Enterprise Platform Solution Architect – ServiceNow

Our client is a small business owned by veterans, dedicated to revolutionizing outcomes for customers globally. They are hiring an Enterprise Solutions Architect to spearhead technical delivery for a specialized program with a federal client, aimed at bolstering their capabilities and extending their impact.

Responsibilities:

• As the Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will orchestrate application architecture to guarantee harmony with all solutions provided within the program.

• You will act as the contractor’s primary technical liaison, ensuring meticulous oversight of platform instances.

• Lead the architectural design and thoroughness of the platform, alongside evaluating and suggesting additional tools and solutions for potential adoption.

• Facilitate coordination and collaboration on technical prerequisites with fellow contractor staff, while serving as the primary contact for platform-related inquiries and resolutions.

Skillset:

• Masters degree in a related discipline. 

• At least ten years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or as an architect within a functional or technical domain.

• Five or more years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow Platform and/or Systems Integration.

• Mastery of enterprise architecture principles, agile solution delivery and Cloud solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in IT architectural analysis, evaluation, documentation, modeling design, development, and integration within a Public Health Network.

• Capability to acquire and uphold a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination in accordance with client specifications.
