Our client, a leading IT Services and consulting organization, are hiring a ITOM Architect to join their team on a contract basis. If you’re a seasoned professional with a passion for IT Operations Management (ITOM) and a proven track record of architecting solutions to optimize IT infrastructure, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

As the ITOM Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions for our clients, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and develop implementation plans.
Design and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Architect, with expertise in designing and implementing IT Operations Management solutions.
Strong technical skills in ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting, and integration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and project teams.
ServiceNow certification(s) in ITOM or related modules is highly desirable.
