Our client, a global consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) Consultant to join their team in Virgina on a contract basis. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of service oriented ServiceNow solutions, serving as a crucial player in fulfilling the company’s distinct requirements and surpassing their anticipations.

Responsibilities:

  • As the ServiceNow WSD Consultant, you will collaborate closely with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business outcomes into effective ServiceNow solution designs.

  • You will lead the implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and overseeing configurations and scripting.

  • Facilitate and lead data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency in transitioning from legacy systems to ServiceNow.

  • Design and lead integration efforts with other systems to streamline end-to-end processes.

  • Analyze platform performance and implement optimization strategies for efficiency and security.

  • Create comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and data schemas.

  • Conduct rigorous testing to ensure functionality and data integrity align with desired outcomes.

  • Support end-user training for seamless adoption and utilization of implemented solutions.

  • Assist in change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during system changes.

Skillset:

  • At least five years of hands-on experience in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

  • Minimum of one year of experience specifically in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).

  • Hold a ServiceNow mainline certification, preferably ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS or React is advantageous.

  • Possess relevant ServiceNow mainline certifications.

  • Showcase practical experience in configuring or constructing ServiceNow applications.

  • Show familiarity with ITIL processes and principles of service management.

  • Demonstrate strong technical proficiency, including scripting and workflow configuration skills.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen with the capability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
