Our client are revolutionizing the Government sector through the power of Artificial Intelligence and they are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the team in Washington D.C. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in progressing their AI-driven platform and leading initiatives to integrate generative AI, offering groundbreaking solutions to users.

Responsibilities:

As the Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to release, ensuring the company’s solutions exceed industry benchmarks.
You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to convert user requirements into resilient technical implementations.
Improve system performance, reliability and security, utilizing your expertise to achieve excellence.
Foster continuous innovation by integrating new features and refining existing functionalities.
Swiftly identify and address technical issues to uphold uninterrupted system operations.

Skillset:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related.
At least five years working in web development, specializing in SaaS platforms.
Expertise in React/Next.JS with a robust project portfolio.
Proficient in PostGreSQL and Azure Cloud services.
Proficiency in Python for backend development.
Familiarity with OpenAI/AzureAI APIs and Vector Databases, indicating proficiency in integrating cutting-edge AI technologies into web solutions.
Knowledge of LangChain/LangSmith/Llama Index and Agentic AI Frameworks.
U.S. citizenship with the ability to clear a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification is a must.
