Our client is a prominent IT Services & Consulting firm committed to harnessing the power of cloud, data, and AI to achieve mission-critical goals. They are hiring a ServiceNow Technical Lead to join their team in Virginia on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing, developing, integrating, configuring and automating solutions on the ServiceNow platform to address the requirements of clients within the Federal sector.

Responsibilities:

  • As the ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will head project development teams for end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and take ownership of project delivery goals.

  • You will translate business requirements into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Develop custom applications, modules, workflows, and scripts utilizing ServiceNow components.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications through web services and APIs.

  • Configure and upkeep CMDB for maintaining accurate and current information.

  • Customize ServiceNow forms, lists, and UI components to enhance user experience.

  • Design and execute automation solutions to streamline processes.

  • Develop and implement test plans to ensure solution quality.

  • Provide support and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications and integrations.

  • Document technical designs, configurations and processes.

Skillset:

  • At least three years of experience as a Technical Lead in ServiceNow.

  • Seven years of experience in ServiceNow development, specializing in HRSD, GRC/IRM, and ITBM/SPM.

  • Holds certifications as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation.

  • Possesses extensive functional and technical expertise in ServiceNow configuration and implementation.

  • Proficient in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and skilled in project management.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in JavaScript or similar scripting languages.

  • Experienced in LDAP, AD, SSO, email infrastructure, web services, and relational databases.

  • Exhibits expert knowledge in systems and network performance monitoring and availability.

  • Must be a US Citizen eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance or higher.

  • An active DOD Secret clearance is required.
