Servicenow Systems architect

Our client is a prominent IT Services & Consulting firm committed to harnessing the power of cloud, data and AI to achieve mission-critical goals. They are hiring a ServiceNow Systems Architect to join their team in Virginia on a contract basis. The successful candidate will lead efforts to enhance efficiency and efficacy on the ServiceNow platform, contributing to the optimization and transformation of organizations within the Federal sector.

Responsibilities:

• As the ServiceNow Systems Architect, you will responsible to architect and refine solutions to ensure long-term viability. 

• You will assist in sales initiatives and engage in the SOW process.

• Work closely with clients to grasp requirements and align them with ServiceNow capabilities.

• Develop and deploy solutions in accordance with industry best practices.

• Utilize Agile methodologies for customization and development tasks.

• Guide and mentor technical consultants, fostering knowledge exchange.

• Identify avenues for enhancing value and business performance.

Skillset:

• US Citizenship required with eligibility for Public Trust clearance or higher.

• At least five years of experience in SaaS software configuration and/or development.

• Proficient in at least two ServiceNow modules.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Solutions and Integrations (LDAP, AD, SSO, etc.).

• Understanding of relational databases and Agile methodology.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and broaden skillset.

• Relevant certifications: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ITIL Certification v3+.

• Strong communication and customer relations abilities.
