Our client is a Global ServiceNow Elite Partner and they are hiring a German-speaking ServiceNow Solution Architect to join their team in Austria on a permanent basis. Responsibilities

• As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

• You will lead the design and architecture of complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.

• Define comprehensive roadmaps for ServiceNow implementations, guiding clients through every stage of the project lifecycle.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

• Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow, staying updated on the latest platform enhancements and technologies.

• Drive innovation and process improvement initiatives to optimize ServiceNow implementations and maximize client value.

Requirements:

• Language: German C1 minimum & English is a must.

• 4+ years of ServiceNow experience, in solution design and architecture, defining roadmap within ServiceNow

• Experienced in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions

• CSA, CIS – expertise in one of the following ITSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SPM/PPM

• Ability to lead from the front in complex multi-national projects

• Demonstrated leadership abilities
